Заказывала именно этот отель для родителей по их просьбе. Они посещали его уже несколько раз. Им нравится расположение рядом с аэропортом и мегамаркетом в зеленой зоне, бесплатный трансфер из/в аэропорт. В аэропорте Т1 к трансферу нужно спуститься на 1 этаж к выходу 3. Ехать в отель 10-15 минут. Номер по их просьбе был на 6 этаже с видом на минарет. В отеле отличное обслуживание, стильные номера укомплектованы новой сантехникой и мебелью. В номерах прекрасная свето и шумоизоляция. Очень удобные кровати, чистое новое белье. В номере было 2 бутылки 0,5 л питьевой воды в ванной, а также 2 в холодильнике. В ванной комнате находится ванна и душевая кабина с тропическим душем. В шкафу имеются гладильная доска, утюг, фонарик, достаточное количество вешалок. Очень удобные махровые банные халаты. Из банных принадлежностей есть все: и хорошего качества. На полу ковровое покрытие не очень новое, но чистое. Для мусульман в номере в специальной корзинке лежат молельный коврик и коран. В стоимость номера был включен завтрак на двоих. Завтрак с 6:30 до 10:30 Pm. Представлены блюда европейской, азиатской, индийской и корейской кухонь. Также порадовал шоколадный фонтан с клубникой и машмелоу на шпажках. В общем отличный отель с отличным обслуживанием. Рекомендую.

Convenient but Flawed We chose this hotel for a one-night stay before an early morning flight, expecting seamless airport convenience. While check-in was smooth, we were disappointed to learn that no shuttle service is available between 11 PM and 6 AM—a significant drawback for an airport hotel just 10 minutes away. Even during operational hours, shuttles run only every two hours, which feels inadequate. The room was basic but acceptable, though one of the provided slippers had a hair on it and appeared unclean. The pool, however, was another story: filthy with algae, clearly neglected for months. We left after just five minutes—it was uninviting and raised hygiene concerns. While the hotel serves its basic purpose for transit passengers, the limited shuttle schedule and cleanliness issues make it hard to fully recommend, despite some pleasant touches like the chocolate hour.

酒店整體外觀很宏偉壯觀、大氣。房間蠻大的。也有免費機場巴士接送來回機場。早餐很豐盛。唯一的缺點就是周邊剛好有個清真寺教堂，早上比較早就會有禱告的廣播聲📣。

環境，衞生是五星酒店的正常環境水平。個人感覺有一種宗教的壓抑感。步梯欄桿白色油漆腐蝕嚴重。 Wifi 連結困難，衹有一樓大廳成功了一個手機，房間裡所有設備都連不上。房間床罩被套枕套沒晾乾。潮得讓人無法入睡。到店太晚，就沒換房間，把床罩被套枕套都拿掉才能入睡。有小童樂園和泳池，電梯裡指示牌在三樓，可是我們用了 20 分鐘都沒找到，沒有指引，也沒有服務員。感覺缺少指引是吉隆坡機場和酒店的通病。

The hotel has a beautiful and modern design, with a spacious lobby and welcoming atmosphere. • My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep. • Breakfast offered a wide variety of local and international options — plenty to choose from and quite delicious. • The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with requests. • The location is very convenient if you need to be close to KLIA airport, which is just a short drive away.

The hotel is quite near to KLIA airport. It took about 20-25 mins to reach using Grab car. The hotel is big & nice with wide lobby. The room is also clean, comfortable and with all the amenities. We stayed there for 1 night only since our flight is the next day. The breakfast spread is quite good too with varieties of food, local and western. There is also a free shuttle service to the airport at no cost. Overall, it was a good and nice hotel to stay!

Great staff, nice pool, gym, delicious breakfast. It’s very convenient to stay if you would like to have rest after flight. Transfer to the airport is convenient too. I appreciate the manager who recommended to be 3 hours in advance at the airport, that was really helpful. I wouldn’t recommend to eat lunch or dinner. The variety of food is ok, but not delicious.

Stayed at Mövenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for a transit stay near the airport. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast had a great variety. Convenient location with easy access to KLIA makes it an excellent choice for travelers. 這次入住體驗真的超棒！酒店位置很便利，出門打車、找美食都很方便。房間乾淨整潔，佈置得溫馨又舒適，床品柔軟親膚，一躺下就不想起來，睡眠質量直接拉滿～前台小姐姐服務特別貼心，辦理入住速度快，還主動介紹了附近的遊玩攻略。客房阿姨每天打掃得也很仔細，連衞生間的角落都乾乾淨淨。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道也很贊，能滿足不同口味需求。整體性價比很高，下次來這邊肯定還選這家，已經推薦給朋友啦！

Great staff, nice pool, gym, delicious breakfast. It’s very convenient to stay if you would like to have rest after flight. Transfer to the airport is convenient too.
